When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that processing does not occur on Sundays, or public holidays.
Once your order is processed, delivery takes 7 to 15 business days to arrive at your address.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please contact us with your order number, and we will help resolve the issue.
Why is my tracking number not showing any information?
Tracking information becomes available once the package is handled by the carrier. However, there may be a slight delay in updating the tracking data. We recommend checking again after a few hours.
How can I exchange or return my order?
To return an item:

- Provide your name, order number (found in the confirmation email), and the reason for your return.
We will then provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.
